Remote Towers Centre, Bodø
Redefining Air Traffic Control from Afar
In Bodø, Norway, Global Mounts Group supplied a key component for the world’s largest Remote Towers Centre project, enabling air traffic controllers to manage multiple airports remotely through a 360° “out-of-the-window” digital view. Fifteen curved video wall stands were engineered to hold ten screens each in portrait orientation, delivering the precision and reliability this high-stakes aviation environment demands.
Engineered to Align
Each curved stand allows micro-adjustment of screen height and curvature, ensuring perfectly aligned visuals and swift maintenance without disrupting neighbouring towers.
Recognised Excellence
The project was named a finalist for a 2021 InAVation Award in the “Best Control Room” category, a testament to the engineering behind it.
